Empower Lift Gym was established in 2015 in the center of  North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura, and the Sunny Isles area. Empower Lift, specializes in Strength training for aesthetics, Injury Prevention, and Rehabilitation for people with past injuries. We have built a program with the understanding that weights will sculpt the body we desire along with preventive exercises to rehab any physical limitations one has. This has shaped our facility into a boutique-style gym with an individualized approach to group personal training. We offer a variety of programs from Strength Training Classes, to competitive Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting Programs, to Personalized training to build the physique of your dreams.
