Snatch 80% of body weight for 5 reps

Clean & Jerk Body weight for 5 reps

Squat body weight 1.5 x BW

Bench Press 1.25 x BW

Deadlift 2.25 x BW

Perform a full Rope Climb

Must Compete in:

Olympic Weightlifting  or

Power Lifting
