​Strength & Conditioning Classes
- Our Strength and conditioning classes are set in a small group setting. Exercises are performed in intervals with a high level of effort and deep intensity. Using controlled lifting speeds and proper form, stimulation of the body produces an increase in muscular strength and size. Class movements compose of Body Building exercises, Olympic Weightlifting (OPTIONAL), Power Lifting, Functional Fitness, and Cardio intervals.

  • 3-month commitment unlimited $250.00/month    

  • Month to Month unlimited- $275.00/month

  • Single Drop-in Class- $45

  • 15 Class package- $300 (plus $50.00 a month Gym membership)

  • 20 Class package- $380 (plus $50.00 a month Gym membership)

 

** All classes are Small group training consisting of no more than 8 people**

Power Lifting
-Consisting of Squat, Bench, and Deadlift this class is designed to get you stronger with proper Power lifting form. Whether you are looking to begin Powerlifting to get stronger or if you would like to compete nationally, this is the class for you. Programs are individually designed for each athlete to address their specific goals and weaknesses in order to improve their Power lifts.

 

Power Lifting Memberships

  • 20 class package - $380 ($18 per class plus $50.00 a month Gym membership)

  • 15 Class package - $300 ( $19 per class plus $50.00 a month Gym membership)

Olympic Weightlifting
- Our Olympic weightlifting program (Snatch & clean + Jerk) is structured to improve your technique and get you stronger. It is designed for competitors yet open to all who love the sport. Each individual will have a personally tailored program to strengthen their weakness and improve their Weightlifting technique.
