Our bodies show us what hormones are out of balance by where we carry the most weight on our 5 point sites. When people show a lack of carbohydrate sensitivity that is the first thing to be worked on. Carbohydrates are not bad and are important for all of us in different ways. Our bodies have a preferred fuel source. some work best on carbohydrates, and some on fats, to obtain energy. Through our process, we will also find out what food sensitivities you may have, what bloats you, and overall what food works for you in particular.
